GENERAL SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
Aluminium Panels incorporated in a Façade Design are included as Interface Flashings, Decorative Screens, Rainscreen Panels or Aluminium Panels incorporated in a Unitised Curtainwall Design.
When designed as a rainscreen, the panels can be sealed joint or open joint (drained and ventilated) in a Hook / Pin arrangement or with folded Fixing Tags.
The Panels can be Folded and Welded and often have stiffeners attached with weld studs prior to Powdercoating.
OPTIONS AND FEATURES
The Aluminium comes in a variety of Grades and Tempers. 5005 H24 is used where flatness is a priority, and 3003 H14 where there is a significant amount of folding / welding and working such as curves and complex geometric shapes.
Where a Coil Coated / PVDF finish is required, the panels are formed from a pre-finished rolled sheet, and stiffeners (if required) are attached with a structural sealant to the main face (mechanical fixing at the returns)
