KFI delivered the full façade package for Stage Two of the Sugartree Apartments development—known as Centro—a high-density residential tower in central Auckland. The façade includes KFI’s high-rise window/door system and shopfront glazing at street level, paired with KFI 50 mm commercial doors. These systems create a cohesive glazed envelope with strong connection to the public realm.

Distinctive façade design features rhythmic punched windows and recessed balconies, providing articulation and texture across the elevation. The envelope incorporates durable, low-maintenance materials suited to heavy residential usage.

The façade was engineered for thermal performance, weather resilience, and compliance with high-density city requirements. The overall development integrates retail and courtyard space at podium level and is recognised as an award-winning urban village in Auckland CBD.
