KFI delivered the façade package for SKHY Apartments, a landmark residential and mixed-use development in Auckland’s Uptown precinct. The project combines a refurbished 1970s concrete tower with new low-rise buildings around a central courtyard.

The façade features KFI’s high-rise window/door system, shopfront glazing, and 50mm commercial door suite, creating a modern envelope that complements the exposed concrete structure and recessed balconies. Industrial character is expressed through the use of exposed concrete structural elements, paired with warm materials and detailed glazing to create a strong architectural identity. Engineered for durability and thermal performance, the façade reflects the project’s refined industrial aesthetic and award-winning architectural design.
