KFI is delivering the façade package for Hyde Lane Apartments, a 13-storey mixed-use development in the heart of Wellington. The building includes 150 residential units, premium wellness amenities, and activated laneway retail linking to Courtenay Place.
The façade features a high-performance 180mm thermally broken curtain wall system and 134 thermally broken sliding doors, providing energy efficiency and acoustic comfort for all apartments. Externally, extruded aluminium plank cladding is used extensively across balcony soffits and upper levels to enhance material depth and durability. Balustrades are finished with a custom glass system to maintain clean lines and visual transparency, while vertical aluminium louvre fins provide solar shading and architectural articulation.
Engineered for performance, comfort, and longevity, the façade reflects a balance of urban sophistication and contextual sensitivity within a compact city environment.
