KFI delivered the full façade package for Argent Hall, a freehold residential apartment building located at 2 Eden Crescent in central Auckland. Designed by Peddle Thorp Aitken and completed in 2014, the façade features a high-quality extruded aluminium rain screen cap and cover system, paired with the KFI 50 mm window suite for uniform window framing and high-weather resistance.

Bespoke design considerations include strong articulation of solid and glazed elements to create visual rhythm and human scale at the street level. The extruded aluminium rainscreen envelope complements the building’s location near Emily Place and Britomart, responding with durable materials and low maintenance performance.
