KFI delivered a range of bespoke façade systems for this prominent commercial development in the heart of Auckland’s CBD.

The façade incorporates a 150mm structurally glazed curtain wall system as the primary envelope, complemented by commercial channel glazing supported by structural glass fins for maximum transparency. A glazed street canopy enhances the building’s interface with the public realm, while 40mm strip windows provide a sharp visual rhythm across the solid façade zones.

A drained and ventilated solid aluminium rainscreen cladding system was integrated to provide long-term durability, weather resistance, and a refined architectural finish. The façade systems were designed to meet urban design goals while maintaining performance in a busy central city environment.
