KFI delivered the complete façade package for 136 Fanshawe Street, a premium Green Star-rated office development by Mansons TCLM in Auckland’s Victoria Quarter. The project comprises two commercial towers linked by a central atrium, designed to support large open-plan floor plates and high-performance tenant spaces.

The façade scope includes KFI’s 200mm unitised curtain wall system, stack glass glazing, and shopfront systems, along with wood-pattern aluminium wall and soffit cladding. Frameless glass channel glazing was used for key entry and feature areas, while extruded aluminium plant room louvres and internal corrugated-core aluminium panels provide functional concealment and refined detailing.

All systems were engineered and installed to meet strict thermal, acoustic, and seismic performance criteria, with integrated bracket and drainage detailing to ensure seamless coordination between glazing and cladding elements. The resulting envelope supports Mansons TCLM’s vision for sustainability, architectural quality, and long-term commercial flexibility.
