KFI delivered the complete façade package for 110 Carlton Gore Road, a premium six-level office and retail development in Auckland’s Newmarket precinct. The façade incorporates a high-performance 200 mm unitised curtain wall system with full-height glazing, aluminium feature fins, roof glazing, internal extrusion fins, and external aluminium cladding.

Custom-designed components such as the aluminium street canopy and extruded plant room screens were engineered to integrate seamlessly into the building envelope while concealing services. Engineered brackets and integrated drainage systems ensured precise coordination across glazing, cladding, and shading elements.

The completed façade delivers strong thermal and solar control performance, refined articulation, and supports Mansons TCLM’s Green Star sustainability goals—reinforcing the building’s civic presence and long-term resilience.
