New Zealand Police
KFI was engaged to deliver a complete façade solution for the Ōtāhuhu Police Station, a secure and modern civic facility in South Auckland.
The façade scope included a 150mm unitised curtain wall system as the primary glazed envelope, along with 40mm punched windows providing controlled daylight and privacy. Ground-level interfaces were completed with 100mm shopfront glazing and 50mm commercial entry doors. Additionally, steel fire-rated windows were integrated to meet stringent safety and compliance requirements.
This project demanded durable, secure, and low-maintenance façade systems while maintaining a professional and civic architectural presence.
