A significant office complex around central square is about to be built to replace Christchurch’s old police headquarters and the King Edwards barracks site.

The development will take up the entire riverside block between Hereford, Cashel and Montreal Streets and Cambridge Terrace, which will be of major significance to the region.

KFI have been selected to work with Warren & Mahoney and Hawkins Construction to deliver the building envelope for buildings 1 & 2 which is a substantial part of the project.

The first office buildings are expected to be finished by early 2017.
