




MANUKAU INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY - AUCKLAND
KFI are proud to have successfully completed the facade design, manufacture and installation at the new MIT Manukau Campus above the Manukau Railway Station.

Designed by Warren and Mahoney and built by Hawkins Construction, the building comprises in excess of 8,000m2 of facade, including a number of different facade products from curtainwall to shading fins, Aluminium Panel Cladding and glazed point fixed canopies.
​
The design of the facade is unique as the building comprises three separate but joined structures spanning a central atrium above the railway station with very demanding seismic requirements.
