PWC CENTRE, CHRISTCHURCH

KFI worked alongside Armitage Williams, Warren and Mahoney and with Mott MacDonald to carry out the design, procurement, manufacture and installation of the PWC Centre façade. The project is a 5 level commercial building in central Christchurch, comprising mostly of unitised curtainwall. Within the curtainwall is a combination of (alternating) GRC Panels and glazed vision panels with a bespoke ceramic frit in the glass that continues the pattern from the adjacent GRC. The building also includes a number of deck areas, therefore the façade includes a number of both hinged and large format stacking doors.

The south elevation is clad in a wrapped RAB Board, with a 3mm Aluminium Panel Rainscreen System mounted on a hook / pin assembly system.
